LEER EN ESPAÑOL NIVEL 1 SOÑAR UN CRIMEN + CD (Leer en Espanol: Nivel 1) (Spanish Edition)

MP3 format is a problem. All the other discs I have purchased in this series have been in regular Music-CD format. This means I can load them and store them on to my HDD disc drive in the car. This disc is in MP3 format, it will play in my car, but will not load onto the HDD drive. The description and cover picture on Amazon say CD, nowhere does it say MP3. But, The cover of the version I received clearly says MP3(in the small circle on front). So no way I could have known beforehand. Not sure how to proceed to order any more from this series if the format is not stated correctly online!

I ordered this book with the intention of having my Spanish 2 students read it in class. I was trying to decide which book from the level one series would keep their interest and match their level as beginner readers of Spanish. As I read the story, I found it interesting and I was almost positive that I would use it for my class. It is a mysterious story that I believe would keep their attention. However, when I read how the story ends, and the violent acts that are described in the story, I was no longer sure that I should use it in my class. I know that students are likely used to hearing and reading about that kind of violence outside of class, but I do not think that it is something that I want to bring into my classroom. Especially considering all the violence that occurs in school these days.

the books in this series are fun to read and very helpful for Spanish learners. Books also come with a CD and little quiz in the back, making this slim little volume a full experience of reading/ writing, along with listening and speaking practice.

helpful with my learning, boy is it hard to understand the spoken language. Having the text and the audio is great. The story is a little DARK.
