Work well to alleviate Elbow Tendinitis Pain when lifting
I developed golfer's elbow a few years ago and every now and then it flares up pretty bad. Anytime I grip something too hard or use my forearm too much I get shooting pain on the inside of my elbow/forearm. These straps work great in taking the pressure of my wrists and forearm flexors when I lift weights, eliminating almost 85% of the pain and discomfort. These are strong, durable straps at a great value and I highly recommend them. And on another note, the customer service with the seller here was excellent. I received a defective pair when I first ordered them (the neoprene pad wasn't sewn on correctly) and upon me telling them they promptly sent me a new pair free of charge. The shipping for both packages was extremely quick even with choosing the slowest speed; they must upgrade it to overnight sometimes because I received both the initial order and the replacement pair ONE business day after purchasing/contacting. You can't beat that. Five stars all the way.

Pure style and awesome in one
I have pretty small wrists and these fit very well with no issues. They come already broken in per say as they are relatively soft so they are ready to wrap around the bar the first time you use them. No need to tug and bend them to make them softer. The pad is thin but provides plenty of cushion so you don't feel pain in your wrists. The most I've lifted was 385lbs on a deadlift and they did not slip or hurt one bit. The added style of it being blue is just a plus as you don't really see many people with colored straps. I love these straps over any other I have tried so I will continue to purchase from this seller once my current ones wear out which but after a year they are still good so rebuying isn't really on my mind.

GREAT WRIST STRAPS!
Great straps for the money. Totally digging the camouflage patters. (Not everyone has one). Some say that they are "too lightweight". But the fact is that they are NOT meant to hold all the weight of heavy weights. They are only meant for support. (If you do not grip the bars tightly, and rely only on the straps to hold the weight, you may place undue stress on muscles/ligaments/joints, and cause yourself harm).I also have smaller wrists, so I cut away the neoprene padding. No biggie. I have always used wrist straps in this manner. Will they eventually wear out on knurled barbell and dumbbell bars? (The checkered patterns placed on bars for better grip).Yuup. Duh.But for the price, they are exactly what I was looking for. Cotton is much better (and grippier) than the nylon ones.Get em.

Great For People With Tendonitis/Grip Issues
I've never used lifting straps before. Started lifting last year but had to stop due to tendonitis in both forearms. Started back up 3 months ago and realized that the pain in my arms would cause me to quit before my muscles (back, legs, shoulders) would tire. Talked to a friend who lifts hard and he suggested straps. These work great. Had to go on YouTube to find out how to use them, but after a few minutes I got the hang of it. Ideal for mid range weight, such as rows and exercises like dumbbell lunges and curls where my grip would always give out before the actual muscle I was training.. I've found hooks work better for heavy weight, such as deadlift and shrugs, but I'm sure you can use them for that too.As for the size of the wrist loop. I would say my wrists are average and I can cinch them up pretty tight, but I could see how someone with small wrists might have an issue. I would recommend using gloves with fairly thick wrist closures or lots of tape to not only make up the difference but also as support or your wrist. All in all, this has helped me a great deal at the gym. I no longer have to leave feeling like I didn't work the musccles out like I wanted to. If these ever deteriorate, I will not hesistate to order them again, maybe in camo this time.

Awesome Straps
I use these in the gym all the time, I have had several comments/complements on them. I am a female in my mid 50's and I thought I would never be able to master how to use these straps, but with some help from my trainer I learned very fast and now I use them all the time and love them. These straps are awesome and I will never be with out these straps again. I ordered them in blue, black, and urban camo. The price was also what caught my eye, price was very affordable. I no longer use bulky gloves anymore. I use these straps for dead lifts, pull ups, curls, using dumbbells, if I have to grip it or hold it I use these straps. They are A must have for me. Cant go wrong buying them, again, I am a woman in mid 50's and if I can use them you can too. :)

Gets the job done
To review this product, I would start by saying that they're better than having nothing when lifting. They help in assisting my grip. The black color is kinda neat especially cause I've only used white straps in the past that will get dirty. I do wish the straps were maybe like a half inch to inch longer cause that would help me complete the last wrap around the bar. And if I were to give an additional knock on the product I would say that just don't fit in my hand and palm especially well. Overall, it's worth it for their cheap price.

Good buy
I bought these to see if they help me and to see the difference between straps and gloves. The first difference I saw was that these take a slight bit more work and knowledge to use properly but, if used properly, they do allow you to be able to carry more weight. These are a lot better to use than gloves in my opinion. Secondly, they are pretty comfortable, they dont bug me when i use them but thats just me. Lastly, the material is good and you can count that they wont break so easily.
