Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Cajun Foreplay Dry Spice Rub - 5.5 oz

Based upon inflation and restaurant prices going through the roof, we decided to cook steaks at home. We use olive oil and sear both sides for a minute per 1/2 inch thickness. Prior to searing the steaks, we use this seasoning on both sides. You can cake it on or sprinkle it, depending upon how much spice you like. Throw the steaks in the oven at 375 until the desired internal temperature is reached. I also like this spice on or mixed in hamburgers. Overall, this is a very good multipurpose spice. After people try it, they always want to know where they can get some.

Before I used it to BBQ, i just put it on a grilled cheese sandwich and wow! This stuff is amazing

We have tried many Cajun seasonings.Most are pretty good. I personally like this seasoning above the others.On beef,chicken or fish works with everything.

I bought this rub to add to a chicken wing recipe that I had been working on. That's now our family favorite recipe for wings! The rub is very flavorful without being overpowered by any one spice. I adjust the "heat" by simply adding more or less. I've ordered a couple of times now, and will likely be ordering again soon!
