Bad product and bad customer service!
After 1/2 of a season the base started rusting and with the weight of the umbrella it is useless. Contacted customer support and they do not offer replacement parts and only advised of a 30 day return policy. A company that makes cheap products. does not stand by them and work with the customer to correct an issue is pathetic.I decided to look for a replacement base but because of the poor design I cannot find anything that will work with the umbrella.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

They get a "Zero" rating. Lack of return calls. Mine was broke when received and a month of calling and emailing them for a crank handle got NO return calls or emails!! It's junk in my opinion! I have only opened it 3 times with a monkey wrench!

Good value
It was easy to assemble, but screws were missing due to damaged packaging. The adjustment and operation are smooth. Durability is the only real question at this point. It does look great on the patio.

Poorly made.
Broke in the lightest of wind conditions- the umbrella snapped off the base. We were lucky no one was sitting underneath it at the time.

It broke before we could set it up
The crank that controled the opening and closing of the umbrella would stay put, it just kept spinning downward and then a piece broke completely off and I had to return it.

broken......
The slightest breeze broke this umbrella. Cheap plastic parts.

DO NOT BUY. Flimsy
Do not buy: flimsy, not worth the (big) bucks. flips vertical (not designed to), struts bend, then break, then co. says "warranty doesn't cover wind damage". WTF??? how about covering flawed design? my 2 other large (not offset) market umbrellas had NO damage in the same wind. stay away

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY this umbrella! Lasted 4 months. Emailed with customer service, no satisfaction. Design flaw: umbrella can pivot vertically, but struts can't support the tension. Bend, then break. Company response? 6 month warranty doesn't cover "wind damage"
