Looks smart and does the job.
So.... bought this for hiking. Haven't done much before so not familiar with this type of back pack. Bought mainly because it was cheap and had quick delivery. The back pack itself looks good and feels well made. There are strong zips with longer handles attached to make handling easier. I chose bright green as it's my fave...certainly visible! There is an additional pocket to the one that holds the water on the front which is big enough for my phone, socks, money and a few small bits and bobs ( I took a snack) There are 2 mesh pockets on the side which could hold something but not much. The whistle is plastic and let's the feel of the back pack down a bit in my opinion. The water bottle is good quality with a sports cap (like bottled water) which has both a rubber cap and a plastic cap to seal it. I was expecting something more hi tech than it is (no false advertising, just me being daft) and it works really well out on a walk. I washed mine a couple of times but it still tasted of plastic. Will probs wear off eventually but I was too impatient to try it.The shoulder straps are adjustable but I'm short (5"1) so with the weight of the water it felt like the back pack was being pulled down too low as I walked. The front fastening around chest was a bit snug because of the tightened shoulder straps but the waist one was fine. I walked 10k on a hot day and didn't get too sweaty so it ticks that box too.The back pack comes flat packed and some straps need connecting yourself, but there aren't any instructions or pics to help with this or with placing and using the water bottle correctly. TBH it was fairly straightforward but as I haven't done this before I would have liked a reference to compare against. Otherwise I really like it and would recommend it, especially at this price!

Amazing for the price
Amazing hydration pack for the price. Seems really well made. I'm a UK size 10 woman and the straps don't quite sit right over my shoulders and round. Have tried adjusting in all directions, including waist and chest, but just not quite the right shape for me. Given the price and how good it seems overall, I don't mind. Think it will be perfectly comfortable to run with. Pocket are great - a small front pocket for snack and lightweight top / foil blanket for emergencies, with phone pocket and key lanyard. Main pocket for the included water bladder is also big enough to fit e.g. an item of clothing, You won't fit a picnic in here, or heavy sweater, but just right for longer runs. Outer mesh pockets are another great place for snack bars and gels for easy access on the trails.

Good quality product but not 12L this item is 2-3L max.
Although this product is very nice I have had to return it as I don't believe it is 12L in size. It was too small to fit anything inside accept the water carrier which is 2L. Therefore this product is good if you only want it for carrying water but cannot fit anything or very little else in. Overall quality was very good but not what I was looking for or as described. I would say it can fit 2-3L max.

Nice little back pack went on a 22 mile ride with this on to test it with the bladder full and spair inertube, pump, multitool gloves wallet keys and didn't no I had it on I think if you keep it tight to the body it is better. ok it's not a big back pack for laptops and stuff but it good for carrying spairs for your bike and hydration and that's why I give it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I haven't used it with the water sack yet (not sure I will tbh) but this is great. First time running with a backpack and it felt super light and didn't bother me at all. It adjusted very well to my size too.Very happy!

Compact but not tiny!
Exactly as described. Delivered incredibly quickly and quickly put to use. Bif enough for all those vital bits you need on a bike ride but not so big that you tire quickly. Perfect!

Leaky, the zips could be better but not too bad.
