Handy little iron
I bought it so I can be lazy and not get up every 2 minutes to iron some thing. It is surprisingly hot. Heats up very fast, is easy to hold and the control is easy to adjust. It has a nice long cord too. I never use the steam on my irons, I use a spray bottle instead, so I can't speak to the steam feature but a water bottle is better. You turn the dial all the way down to off but I unplug when I leave the room, always. I still have my big iron and board set up but this is great if you just want to iron one seam. I have an ironing board pad wrapped around my sewing table next to my sewing machine and it's perfect. I do wish it had an automatic shut off but I don't think something this small and basic is realistically going to have that. I never thought of this until I recently saw someone's post where they did this. I highly recommend this.Update: I really loved this iron. It just stopped working yesterday. It won’t heat up. I’ve had it just over a year. I’m so sick of the crappy quality of things you buy. There’s no way it should have stopped working after just a year. I’m going to have to go find another one but it won’t be this brand.

Fantastic little iron
I got this iron for my crafting room and it has been fabulous. It is perfect for my needs and to use on my table top ironing board. It gets to the needed temperature quickly and makes fast work of ironing my cloth projects. I particularly like the handle. It can swivel back if you want but I really like it in the position where it rides above the iron. The handle is very comfortable. This little iron is a real winner for me and I recommend it to anyone that needs an iron in their craft room. I am sure that it will work amazing for a travel iron too.

Holy cow, this thing rocks!
This is a tiny little compact iron, that does 100% of what you need an iron to do. Would work wonders for any business traveler, or anyone that needs to do hemming or other sewing rituals. I love this little thing and would totally buy it again if mine didn't still function like it was brand new.

Would recommend
I love this iron. It says it's for travel, but I use it for sewing. It doesn't leak, and gets very hot very fast, and is a convenient size. My only complaint is that the grip button for the steamer is a little tight. Not a big deal if you just iron something real quick, but if you are using it for sewing and iron yards of fabric over and over again, it gets pretty tiring. Not a deal breaker, but I'd caution sewers who might have arthritis.

Decent mini-iron especially for the price
First, while it is nice that the handle swivels, I have yet to find a way to stand it on end if the handle is the other way. I usually keep my iron upright when maneuvering fabric. I do now have silicone pads to keep irons on when hot so if you have one of those this is irrelevant. This iron gets super-hot and while it doesn't have an auto-off, it DOES have the option to turn it fully off. This allows me to leave it plugged in and ready to go. I didn't realize I would miss this until I had an iron without an off setting. Also, this is my second iron. My first died just over a year after purchase and while I do have a full size iron, I really liked having a smaller one right at my machine for smaller piecework ironing. My replacement mini iron was not as good as this one (no off setting, handle wasn't nearly as comfortable while using) so I decided to purchase another one.

Great little ironing tool for quilting!
Love this little iron. I am a quilter and this iron is just perfect to put next to my machine and use when I have small seams pressed. It is nice and hot and it does not turn off when it’s not used for a bit. That does mean I have to remember to turn it off but at least it is ready when I am! I don’t use steam but it does have that capability. I love that it is lightweight and it does not tire my hand out when I use it. The handle is also easy to hold.

Meh.
I bought this iron to keep in the office, where I sew. As most sewers know, ironing while working can be the difference between a professional-looking garment and one that has wobbly seams. The big key to ironing while sewing, though, is steam. Steam makes irritable edges behave. Steam makes pieces flat so you can line them up properly. And this iron's ability to produce steam is very, very limited. The instructions tell the user to not hit the steam button for more than five seconds at a time. Well, when I am ironing I hit the steam button, or I use a steam setting, while I am flattening the garment segment out. If it is a shirt sleeve or back, one needs way more than five seconds of steam. This little iron cannot produce that much.More, the iron has to be on its highest setting to produce any steam at all.I have been playing with using a spray bottle with the iron, with the widest mist setting. It seems to do the job.The other thing I do not like about this iron is that I have to use a butter knife to open the water compartment. Darned thing is ridiculously hard to open. There are pros to it. It's super cute. It can produce good heat. It can reach small corners, which is very, very important for anyone into quilting or detailed items. The cord does not get in the way when I am working with it.I cannot recommend the iron for its lack of ability to produce steam. But then again, it's so tiny. How could any small iron really be expected to do that?

Very Dissatisfied
Review Update.I have had this iron for approximately 4 months. Yesterday while I was in a quilting class, it ceased to work. Need I say that I am angry about it. I only wish it would have died before the return deadline. I would no longer recommend to anyone.

Hasta ahorita, muy contenta con esta compra.
Es potente, se calienta rapídisimo y es de lo más práctica porque la uso para pequeños proyectos. Todavía no sé cuánto tiempo me va a durar. Tengo un mes apenas usándola casi diario y todo bien.

Frustrating
Takes too long to heat up, also does not get into small corners. Holds a very small amount of water. This iron does not fit my needs.
