This product is well built and will fit most people. I have a rotator cuff that can't be repaired and the only option is a shoulder replacement. This product really does reduce my shoulder pain. The only negative is the chafing from the material. I could wear an undershirt that may help but I live in Georgia and that may cause other problems. The manufacturer should do a little research and find a way to make the produce a little softer where it makes contact with your skin.

I did some pretty heavy damage to my shoulder racing my dirt bike. After a week in a sling, I purchased this. I love that it holds an ice pack (folded in half) so I can ice it without using my other hand. It fits well and is comfortable. I can feel a big difference when I have it on versus when I take it off. It holds my shoulder in place really well.So.. yes it’s definitely worth the price, which is quite low.

If you want to throw away some cash....this is a way to do it. This thing does absolutely nothing but sit there on your shoulder, no support OR compression, might be able to hold a small pack of smokes in the ice pack holder thing, but ice just screws up your rotator more than helps it in my case. Avoid this P.O.S.

I'm dealing with a shoulder injury and this is exactly what I needed. It's soft and flexible it allows for easy movement, but the velcro pocket lets me put an ice pack in quickly and easily. The brace is comfortable enough to wear all day and works well under clothing at the office so I can quickly get some pain relief. Seems like it's well-made and going to last for a while too.

Worked great. Order another one for opposite shoulder. Hope it wears comfortable for both at the same time

I wear it at night to alleviate pain and help to heal my rotator issues. It seems to be helping for me.

I’m 6’3 about 230lbs, this product did feel like it helped a little but it was too small and the Velcro strap digs into my arm so I had to throw it away mid workout

Not true to size, needed an extra large. If it were not so snug it would be more effective. Could not find it in a larger size.
