Bare Metal FoilGold Model Car Truck Kit Adhesive

I just used it on the Iron Man figure above (back oh thighs. The shade is a little bit more copper than the last time I bought the foil. That was years ago but I noticed this one has a tinge of copper in it.

First time user works well with some patience, makes a big difference in how your model will look when done. Primed painted the model then used bare metal foil, then sprayed clear over it all done with spray cans because I don't have air brush yet.

Used it on a model of the Apollo lunar lander. Lots of gold foil on that thing.

Product it self is awesome and give you a nice clean edge on model cars around windows and trim. Much easier that painting. The Datsun was done with black chrome bmf. but amazon needs to ship it on something besides a padded envelope. Post office creased it putting it in my mailbox.

So I feel that a 3 star is slightly harsh however when burnishing the foil down, the gold comes off. This happened using a cotton bud/q tip. Tears more than expected, adhesive seemed old or lesser quality than the ultra bright chrome (chrome is new formula I believe)

Not the easiest thing to cut better have a sharp knife .

This was exactly as promised.

Works great to cover old looking metals.
