It’s cute and keeps all my medium length hair underneath, but it did not prevent my hair from getting wet. I used this in an aqua fitness class and when I took the cap off the entire back of the cap was wet and so was the entire back of my head. I had to come home and wash my hair after swim class which totally defeated the purpose of needing the cap

I am participating in an aerobics swim class this and have received lots of compliments for this swim cap from the other women in the class. This cap is comfortable and though not completely waterproof, does keep my hair mostly dry. I love that this swim cap is not at all like the "old" type plastic swim caps that I grew up with which are often ugly and uncomfortable.

I've lost my hair due to chemo and just wanted sun protection. I ordered purple but it's really more like fusia. The pearls are sewn in and it comes with a couple of extra flowers.

Great way to protect your hair if you have color or extensions and you like getting in the pool. I would not say it is 100% waterproof but it’s effective in protecting your hair from the sun and from chlorine.

This hat is so beautiful, it was originally sent to the mother. Now I feel that I am leaving!

Love that its made for long hair so it doesn 't rip your hair out when you put it on or take it off - silicone lined so it's gentle but stays on as I do my 30 minute laps everyday. I bought two cause it takes a while to dry out

I bought these for our swim team and they look fab with red lipstick and our vintage suits. Lovely and holding up very well. Everyone went nuts for the pearls.

I thought this was something I could use in the pool or beach to keep my hair dry...but it's just a cute cap to keep your hair..... up?I already have a great shower cap - so this is pretty useless to me...I still can't figure out why they call it a Swim Cap??????
