First impression, it was securely packaged to prevent damage. Second impression, the photos do not do justice to this piece. It is exquisite in both design and production.And, it works well in catching the ash from the incense. I am very happy with this purchase and plan to purchase another. It would also make a lovely gift.

I like this holder a lot. Second time ordering it. Gave one as a gift after testing. Yes sometimes the ashes fall out side the bowl. I don't burn the incense stick all in one shot. I burn a bit at a time and never had an issue. Its really attractive and I get so many complements on it. Came packaged very well.

I will likely buy another for my living room! It did take a little while to arrive, but it arrived MUCH sooner than the estimated dates. I have thick and thin stemmed incense but they both fit! I have not even had any ash fall out contrary to my other incense holders. It's truly adorable and just what I needed.
