I don't know why I didn't have one of these before.... I am not normally one to buy kitchen "gadgets". I have the basics. But when I saw a recipe video of someone using this product it occured to me this might be worth it. It totally is. Making meatballs by hand is messy. And a little slow. My first couple are browned and ready to turn before I get my pan filled. Not anymore. I didn't know making meatballs so fast and clean. I didn't have to wash my hands or change utensils a million times. This was so clean and quick! The shape is a little wonky- they're not going to be perfectly round a pretty. But if your primary concern is making them quicker with less mess, this is the trick!

These spoons are sturdy and have a great simple design that fits in with my other utensils. In one of the photos I'm applying pressure to see how sturdy the are and there were no bends or give. I love that it's curved, so when pushing down on the spoon you don't hurt yourself. So glad it comes with two. Now my son can join in on making meat balls. He loves making them, but hates how dirty his hands get. He is 9 and was just as excited when he saw what I ordered.

Makes meatballs that are just too small good for appetizer size

The meat baller works but clumsily. The meatballs are too small. I gave up and made them the old way.

This might work will with fish balls but it is difficult for meat mixtures. The quality is very good and maybe with stronger hands it may work for someone else.

Easy to use. Avoids getting your hands messy. Can make dozens of meatballs easily and quickly.

My wife used them Friday for the first time and worked like a charm
