Not plug and play for Macs
I like the label manager, except for the fact that is not plug and play. I could not get the software working on the mac.It works perfectly on the Windows laptop though. I tried downloading the software from their website, but it did not work either.

Good printer, but the cassettes I bought have poor sticking quality of labels. All in all, a wasted investment
