I’ve worn this style of dress from the same manufacturer for several years. I always get compliments and it is very flattering to my body type. The fabric is very comfortable and breathable. I love the pockets and that it fits loosely. I typically avoid putting in the dryer because it tends to make the fabric rougher and comfortable. The dress also seems to shrink a bit in the dryer. I’m 5’5” and about 260 lbs. The XXL fits great. I can wear an XL, it’s just not as loose. It’s a tiny bit short for me, but doesn’t look awkward. Falls just above the ankle. The fabric is not transparent at all and does have quite a bit of stretchiness to it.

Pleasantly shocked - navy blue color very true, material medium weight, not cheap, ruching in the right place and pockets perfect. I'm 5'2.5", 130, wear sizes small and medium in most things; size 10 pants, jeans; size small in knit tops, sometimes medium. This dress cover my chest modestly, even under the arms. Length could be hemmed if I wear sandals but with bit of a heal, will be fine. Jewelry at neckline will create many different looks for summer. Taking on a cruise to Greece, to wear for casual dinner. Plan to wear a great spring scarf - nautical yellow and blue and white, with nautical earrings. Knits are good for travel, as you can roll them up and they never get wrinkled. So far, very pleased with this purchase. Got on lightening deal for only $20.00.

SUMMARY:You'll need a slip and a good bra, but all things considered... it's a keeper for me. Smaller boobs should size down. It runs really big uptop. Trust. It was unnessessary for me to size up with my 40 DDD's. We'll see how it washes.DETAIL:I bought two - the black and another pretty pink and white patterned one. With the light color you can see through the front AND back panel even when held together. So, you'll be playing peekabo buns unless you wear a slip underneath. It drapes flaterringly on the body, though. The silhouette is very forgiving if you have a bit of a tummy. Funny, I would not have paid $54 dollars each for these seeing the fabric quality upfront in a department store. BUT, factoring in the the convenience of having them here already and my laziness to go find something that looks as nice on me... I think I'll keep them.I am actually large busted (40DDD) 5'5 and 200lbs. The XXL is a bit too big up top - even for me! I normally wear a women's size 16 US (on the cusp but not quite plus-sized when buying most clothes). The XXL is a TRUE plus sized item suitable for those with a very broad back, large boobs, and a substantial caboose. That said, it's in no danger of it faling down on me. It tapers enough at the top under the arms.I am choosing to keep it because the larger size makes for a super flowy summery fit on the bottom half.

I am 5'2" and I weigh around 190-195(I wear a 38 C in the target brand bras and a 14 in old navy jeans). I carry my weight pretty evenly on my body but lean a little bit more towards a pear shape body type.I bought this dress because the pandemic over the last year has made me both a little lazier about my clothing and a little thicker than before, and I'm tired of showing up to my boyfriend's house in my joggers. I ordered a large and I'm glad I did, as I think an XL would have been too big to be flattering on my body type.The length is great if you're shorter because it goes to the floor without dragging. If you have hip dips you don't want to accentuate you're probably going to want to size up or plan to wear slip shorts underneath or a cardigan over the dress as the position of the pockets will drape right on the top of them.Additionally this dress would make a great postpartum choice as it's comfortable and would allow easy access to nurse and the cut is forgiving on the belly area.The fabric is light and soft but not see through as far as I can tell, and I feel like it would drape nicely on essentially any body type. While I do feel like this dress is a little over priced, you will not find better quality for what you're paying. Overall it's great for what it is and if you're on the fence about it just go ahead and order it.

This dress is perfect for a special event with a sparkling shawl. Also great cruising dress.

100% not worth the price. The quality is very cheap. Can see through the material in the light. I'm also scared to wash it... may shrink.Also the back rolls down showing the tag. My partner tucked my tag in at least 100 times. I would have cut it out but we were traveling through an airport with no scissors.

I love this dress, it is one of my go to comfy summer outfits. I am 5 ‘3 and it hits the top of my feet perfectly, would definitely buy again!

I ordered this dress in white. Upon opening the package I was so disappointed that the dress had a blue tint. I ordered the dress to wear on a cruise to match my husband who is wearing white linen pants. When I put the dress next to the pants the blue hue was even worse. I ordered a replacement hoping it was just that dress but no, the second came the exact same way. I am so disappointed because I have this dress in another print and absolutely love how flattering it is on my body shape. I emailed the manufacturer and never received a response.

Love this dress. Great for summer, I can wear it with also sorts of jackets and sandals. I ordered the black but wouldn’t wear it for a formal evening more causal day wear. Love love love the pockets 😁
