Blue Star Group Off-The-Wall Brella Sunbrella Half Umbrella, 7.5'-Width, Antique Beige

Very pleased with the 9 ft. off-the-wall brella with Sunbrella fabric. Recently replaced sunroom windows with four 6 ft. Anderson PS5 sliders with blinds between the glass. Blinds reduce glare but do very little to reduce heat. The half umbrella was a cost-effective solution. Helps reduce glare & heat, doesn’t block the door, and I can store it easily in winter.Umbrella seams are nicely sewn, ribs appear to be sturdy, and crank handle feels substantial. Crank operates smoothly and is positioned on front of frame so it doesn’t hit the wall when raising/lowering umbrella. I've had great luck with Sunbrella fabric on outdoor furniture & don’t anticipate issues with fading or deterioration. Using umbrella over West-facing door & plan to purchase three more for South-facing doors when new deck is complete.Size references for attached pictures: Door frame is 71”W. Deck to bottom edge of umbrella is 82”H (deck is 4” below door threshold). Used with matching 40 lb. custom cast base.

Well made, beautiful pacific blue color! This is my second Blue Star Group half round Sunbrella. The frame is well made, the Sunbrella fabric is thick, waterproof and does not fade in the Texas sun of which I have a southern exposure on my patio. The Blue Star Group is delightful to work with. I am very happy with both of my half round patio umbrellas. I love the fact you can also get a replacement canopy from them. I will only buy Blue Star Group Sunbrella half umbrellas as they are superior to the rest.

It’s been unseasonably cold and very rainy in Chicago for most of April and May. So our plans to set up the Blue Star half-umbrella outside have been delayed. We mocked it up in our garage and it looked wonderful. Mechanism worked great and champagne finish is really nice. Jockey Red Sunbrella fabric is attractive and sturdy to the touch. As soon as nicer weather comes to Chicago, I’ll be able to set it up outdoors any put it to the test!

Blue Star Group: This is now the second time I am requesting my refund for the off-The-Wall Brella Sunbrella Half Umbrella, 7.5'-Width, Pacific Blue I returned. I returned because I wanted the larger size - 9ft which I ordered.Blue Star Group you have not refunded me for the 7.5 i returned. I want to order a full one as a gift, but waiting until the refund is executed.Disappointed in the lapse in customer service of the Blue Star Group.Available to discuss. I first purchased the 7.5 Brella in chocolate last year and absolutely loved it. Operated perfectly !!! Rate it 5 PLUS!!!!Within days I ordered the 9' Brella in chocolate to match. They both set on our new large front porch and we enjoyed them all year except for one problem with the 9'. When first received it, I was sure that there was a problem with the cranking mechanise that raises the Brella. It would hang up and couldn't raise Brella. Contacted the supplier and they sent a replacement. After I received it, it raised a few times OK and then the problem of being "hung up" started on the new one. I finally found that by trying to help raise the pully thing that opens it with one hand and turning the crank w/other I could get it to open.I never know from one time to the other if it's going to not work, so when I'm having guests and it's closed, I open it before they arrive so I don't stand there and fight w/it in front of them. I have raised it a few times this year already and still have the same problem off and on. I just hope it doesn't get to the point that it won't work at all.Even w/this problem on the 9' I'm rating it a 4 because it fulfills the need I had for a flat sided Brella.

I was almost hesitant to expect too much as I've been disappointed with other half wall product qualities in the past. This umbrella is very well constructed and worth the investment. Unknowns like being fade resistant and durability during heavy rains and wind. (I live in Florida) it looks fantastic in my courtyard. Highly recommend this product.

The Off-The-Wall Brella Sunbrella Half Umbrella is very attractive, well made and well designed. I use it on a 4.5 foot wide terrace where it fits perfectly. So excellent for narrow spaces. The red color I got is true to the red on the color chart. The base, purchased separately, is very solid and keeps the umbrella stable during high winds, of course, with the umbrella closed. I highly recommend this product.

This is my second Brella and I love it - I get a lot of compliments on it. My only wish is that they made one that was larger than the large size they do offer and it's way too expensive.
