Received 2 of these towels, which states you should wash twice before use.On the first wash this towel literally fell apart. It looks like Iv owned it for years. Not even got to use it once, and now it's only fit to go in garbage.

These cotton beach towels shed huge amounts of lint during each of the first 3 washings. Prepare to clean out your washer and dryer's lint traps after each washing. I've attached photos of the washer and dryer lint traps and the two sides of the towel (looped and smooth) to show what happened during just the third washing and drying of two towels. To be fair, the card that comes with the towels does warn that they should be washed 2-3 times because of linting, but this warning should be included in the product description. I probably wouldn't have purchased them if I had known how much work I was going to have to put in before they looked decent. I am fairly happy with them now, (after 3 washings and a good brushing), but I downgraded them to 3 stars because of the excessive lint problem.

Towels came in and I washed them per directions, and they are coverd in lint balls and one of them fell apart . Seller never returned email . Stay away! Crazy amount of lint left all over towel, clothes washer, and lint trap. After washing them separately three times, lint still covered one side of the towels.

I love the color and the weight, but one of the four towels fell apart at the hem on the very first washing--and in a new top of the line washing machine! I'm really disappointed and hope the seller replaces the frayed towel.

I never thought I'd be leaving a negative review for a towel, but this towel was so bad I had to throw it out because it constantly made messes. This towel sheds blue fuzz Constantly. If I dried off with this after a shower I'd get covered in blue lint!!! It wasn't worth all the mess it made everywhere so I tossed it.

This towel is gorgeous. It was true to the colors on my monitor, and plenty large enough to cover a 9 month pregnant belly. The terry on one side, velour softness on the other is great; it absorbs water well, and it doesn't leave towel lint all over me! Held up without any problems through the initial few washes. My only dissatisfaction is that the weft is a on the looser side, so when I hang it on our metal towel hooks, it can go straight through the towel. However, that is because the weave is on the larger side, NOT because it's punching a hole through thin fabric.Tl;dr: pretty, no lint, would buy again.

I was unsure about buying these towels because some of the reviews I read were negative about thinness and losing pile. Very happy that I did buy them. They do seem thin when first unwrapped, but if you follow the instructions and wash them two or three times before use, they feel thick and soft. As for losing pile in the dryer, all my towels do that. It doesn’t seem to affect the absorbency or softness. I NEVER write such long and glowing reviews, so, as you can tell, I highly recommend these towels!

After the 3-4 wash they’ve started falling apart. (Edges are fraying) I received them January 7, writing this on February 22. I seen another picture on here and their towel was falling apart in the same area. Contacted the manufacturer and their response was they don’t sell these on Amazon!😳 return window has closed so who cares if the towel is just! They got their money and I got a POS. carpe diem!

Love! They are soft, fluffy, colourful and huge!! Everything I wanted!!!
