I really love this product. I read someone else's review that said she did not like the squeaky clean feel because if felt, or she felt it was more drying to her face. I hesitated to buy this because I don't like that drying feeling either, but this product and the manufacturer got really good reviews so I gave it a try. I love it! And yes, it does leave your face feeling squeaky clean but it does not make your skin feel dry afterwards, in fact, your skin feels really nice and soft. Cosmetics that are rice based are really good for the skin and act as brighteners and this one does not disappoint. Very happy with this face wash, my skin loves it and don't be put off because it ships from Japan, I received it in a good time and sooner than expected.

I highly recommend this cleansing cream. I have very sensitive skin that breaks out with a majority of facial wash out there but this one did not break me out at all. This does an amazing job cleaning your face. It Lathers very well, feels gentle on the face(almost like cetaphil) and no smell. Your face feels clean after you wash it. I put it to the test by wiping my face with make up remover sheet after wash and to no surprise, there was no residue, just a squeaky clean face :) My other U.S made product left a lot of make up behind after using it so you can tell that it didn't clean very well. Will be buying this again and recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin looking for a good face wash.

Bubbles beautifully with a foaming net! Smooth feeling while cleaning face, thoroughly cleansed feeling after usage! I would highly recommend this product. Half a pea size makes a handful (I have man hands...) of soap!Only thing is it sort of smells like oatmeal, which is not pleasant to me. That's probably the rice bran; it isn't a big deal though because if it doesn't smell like a chemically created fragrance it's most definitely better for your skin.UPDATE:After using this product twice a day for two weeks with DHC's oil cleanser once a day my (combination skin) face is so dry it's peeling. Definitely use a moisturizer with this product. Still love it and will buy it again-just have to use a moisturizer with it.UPDATE:Bottle lasted 7 months with use 2x a day.

I really liked this at first because it felt very heavy duty, but after a few uses, noticed that it was way too harsh and there was a thin film of what felt like "soap scum" on my face. It also didn't do much in terms of removing eye makeup. I now use this as a body wash because it foams up well enough to cover a lot. If you do end up getting this, I would recommend using it on less delicate areas of the body, or use it in tandem with cleansing oil beforehand to remove all makeup, and a toner afterwards to remove residue.

So Silky and Foamy you will want to use it all over! This is supposed to be a facial cleansing foam, but who is looking? If you run out of the body wash, this can be used and it only takes a small amount to deep cleanse and soothe the skin. Love this cleanser and so does everyone I've recommended it to. I use a tiny drop and my face feels squeaky clean but not dry. I've got very sensitive skin and even products made for sensitive skin have irritated me. I've been using this for over 2 yrs and will continue to if it keeps working for me as it has been so far.

I've been using the Komenuka Bijin Facial Cleansing Foam for about a month now and am a fan. It's very creamy and light and gives my face a nice silky feel, in a good way, without being too heavy. I use Retin-A, so my face can be sensitive to some cleansers, but not with this one. It's very gentle. And, as other reviewers have commented, a little goes a long way.

I was somewhat hesitant to order this product but after reading the positive reviews decided to go for it.Throughout the years I have purchased many different face cleansers and figured this one wouldn't beany better than the rest but I was wrong. I love this product as it makes my face feel super soft and ithas absolutely no fragrance which is extremely important to me. I will definitely be ordering it again!
