The first battery took QUITE a while to be delivered, and then would not go into my PC. There was something preventing it from moving through the last 1/4 inch of travel to snap in. The seller replaced it, no questions asked. The second one took some muscle to get it to snap in. It did finally go in, and it *does* work. The rubber foot on it is very slightly thinner than the original one, but I haven't noticed anything that's different on the PC. I'm satisfied with the performance and outcome, but it took a little work to get here. Note, the vendor was supportive -- not an issue there.

Well, sad to say, I got the first one and put it in my G55. It changed once and that was it. It would appear to be fully charged but then my G55 battery light would start blinking amber. Funny thing is, it is still plugged in. I returned the item for a replacement thinking it might just be defective. The new one arrived and worked great for about a a couple months. Then it did the same thing. Now that it won't fully charge, my computer shuts down randomly. Even when the power supply is plugged in. This is not good for my Laptop. Do not get this as a replacement. Find the original. It's to late for me to return this.

Battery working great and I am able to bring back this old laptop to life

I followed the instructions for installing and charging this battery, but the battery does not hold a charge. Requested replace or refund this battery according to their 12-month worry-free warranty. Will see what happens; Apr 27, 2020.

4 months later doesn't hold a charge at all, won't go over 0%. The promised 12 month warranty doesn't exist - there is no email you could write.

-A great battery for my laptop. It charged really quickly and can last 3 to 4 hours after being fully charged.-It was a great buy, especially having seen how much they were from other sellers. It arrived really quickly, and I'd definitely use this company again.
