I love oyster but always has a hard time to shuck the oyster. I usually to shuck the oyster with screwdriver but it seem too dangerous. It hurt myself for twice and I decide to learn how to use the right way to shuck the oyster. I order this knife to follow youtube claass and it was so much more easy right now. This knife is very strong enough for shucking the oyster without any dangerous action. The material is great and durable. It doesn't has any bent or damage after I opened 50 oysters.

I bought this for my first time shucking oysters. I was able to open all 6 using this and a thick towel. I like the grip of the knife. It doesn't feel like it will slip out of your hands when shucking.

Good look to it, but an oyster shucking knife should be pointy (as this is) but NOT be sharp on the edges. It's for shucking, not cutting. The sharpness of the edges makes it dangerous when shucking because it more easily can slice the hand of the user.
