I am sending my back, as it has accuracy issues. For example: if I press the "2" key, I might get "2", or "222222", and even sometimes "2222222222222". The same goes for every other key including TAB. The work I do requires me to quickly enter numbers and tab around without looking at each number after to make sure it is correct, unfortunately I am unable to do that with the unit I received. I looked online to see if there were firmware updates or something that might fix the issue, I found nothing.

The numpad itself when working is great. Apologies for this long and rambling review, but I've ordered 4 of these from this seller and wanted to share my experience.Numpad #1, the Bluetooth version was good but would not register all the keystrokes due to Bluetooth.I then tried the non-Bluetooth version, numpad #2. I thought I had a winner. The connectivity was good, but then the 7 key stopped working after a few days.I then returned the defective unit and ordered numpad #3 -- another 2.4 GHz version. The wait time was weeks, but I saw days later that it was again available next-day. I cancelled that order and placed a new one for numpad #4.This was the most disappointing as the same 7 key didn't function. They almost certainly sent me the same defective device I had just returned. This would explain the sudden change in availability from weeks, likely due to awaiting new units from China, to days after receiving my return.I've returned the numpad, yet again, and have given up on ordering from this seller. I've purchased another one directly from AliExpress. I will just wait the weeks for overseas shipping and I hope I finally get a working unit.

The reason some people who have issues of inconsistent inputs is because this keypad uses 2.4G connection, and with so many wireless devices in home and offices nowadays, 2.4G connection can get really glitchy due to interference. I have had this keypad for a couple of months now and it works great if the receiver is close to the keypad. If you need a solid connection you would go for a wired version.I take this keypad to the office all the time. The blue switch is satisfying to type with, and the function keys are very convenient for inputting lots of numeric values. The best feature of the keyboard is that there is a compartment for the small USB receiver. ALL USB wireless devices should have this design.One thing I don't like about this keyboard is that it only has one LED light on the NUMLOCK. So when it is not lit it could be either NUMLOCK is off or the keypad is off entirely.
