Protein is not a secret. It's been around a long time before there were GNC's and health food stores all over the place. If you want to build muscle, you need protein. If you want to burn fat and not lose muscle you need protein. That is not a hard sell. The question is how do you want your protein? Do you want a fru-fru shake with pond scum and weird things you can't pronounce? Or artificial flavors? Not me. I am a simple guy. I'll take the tablets please. Less fuss. It's everything you want.I was taking 1g tablets that were bigger, in a 1:1:1 ratio, and were not coated. And they cost more. I'm glad I don't take them anymore.You wont have a hard time finding protein, but these are the best thing I've found. If you are looking for a good tablet, you can spend a lot of time. This one is great, and delivered to your door. Pretty good deal to me.

After about 2-3 weeks of sporadic use around my workout time, i developed a solid breast lump in my right breast. Went to a breast cancer screening center and was diagnosed with gynecomastia. Now i need a surgery to remove this tissue growth.Very disappointed in this supplement. Always had a nice chest and now i have to deal with this issue via medical intervention. Also, its amazing how sudden this lump emerged on my chest. I wasn't even using it every day, but rather twice a week, only around my workout time. Not sure what would happen if you follow the label instruction and use it every day. 2000 MG may be too much of a dose.

I found the product to be very helpful. It's easy to swallow, doesn't leave a nasty after taste, and helps well when trying to build for mass. I take the pill 30 minutes before working out during my pre-meal and another pill after in my post-meal. For anyone whose working out for mass, this product does help. I've noticed better gains over the past couple of weeks.

I have used other brands this is the one that has work the best for what i do when i workout,my muscles feel great using this brand i will order this brand when i need more.

This is my second time purchasing these tablets and I have to say they make a huge improvement to my workouts. I work out in the early morning and find it hard to eat that early, thus in a fasted state I can complete my workout with these BCaA tablets. Perhaps it is a placebo effect but it works for me and I will continue to purchase.

I have used it for 2 days now and so far does a good job keeping me focused at the gym. I was able to accomplish more reps on most of my workouts. I would like to hope that Ascend stays in my inventory of products but like eveything else time can only tell.
