Can't beat the value.
A friend recommended this to me. Said he bought a few of these discs and used them for years for sharpening tools both on his workshop machine and also as a bench stone. Just glue it to a piece of plywood and go to town.

coating had light scratches
diamond coating had light scratches and back had glue smear and was dirty. It wasn't used, as center hole was still covered with center labeling. Will try to clean up. I have another of these in 1500 grit on order, hope it is better. I also ordered 400 and 1000 in another brand that were both great. Not sure I will order this brand again, depending on what the 1500 grit disc looks like.

Performs well
I use them on my Worksharp sharpener to sharpen lathe tools and woodcarving tools. The slow speed of the worksharp will never burn your tools and I have a hunch that this diamond disk will even resharpen carbide turning tools.

First impressionsare everything .
I used this product to polish a gemstone and the the diamond lamanation immediately came off in large pieces. Rendering the product unusable.

Diamonds peeled off on first use
Lasted about 30 seconds. Diamonds he diamond coating rubbed off while honking steel. Other grits have held up so far, but this one is garbage.
