There is no Long size in these coveralls. 44 would correspond to size Large. Large Chest 50 inches Inseam 31 1/2 inches Sleeves 24 inches Waist 48 inches

those sizes are based off of our chest sizes. They are all standard so nothing would be for a long or short. Chest Sizes: Small: 33 - 37". Medium: 37 - 40". Large: 40 - 43". X-Large: 43 - 46". 2XL: 46 - 49". 3XL: 49 - 52". 4XL: 52 - 55". 5XL: 55 - 58". 6XL: 58 - 60".

I’m 6”4 275lbs I have 2xxl and the torso is almost to small for me I think you might have to get costume ordered somewhere
