No taste, easy to swallow and saves me money, holds around 500mgBy taking the time to fill my own capsules I save a TON of money buying bulk powders/supplements. I have used for creatine, turmeric, BCAAs, mushroom blends etc.. Any finely ground powder will work. Capsules are clear for easy identification. I use a capsule filler kit/machine to save additional time, they come in various sizes but i'm able to fill 100 at a time.

I use these to mix with my Digize oil and infrastructure coconut oil for my hubby's digestive tract. I make two weeks at a time and keep them in the freezer and they always work well. The only taste is from the digize I add to them.

Holds oils in very well hardly any leaks only the taste is down right awful. I recommend people to have there drinks ready and not water. Something strong like cranberry juice or lemonade.
