Van HeusenMen's Dress Shirt Regular Fit Poplin Solid

I get so many compliments on the color of this shirt. Probably more than any other color I have every worn. The fit is great and very comfortable. I have ordered this before and they held up for several years. Only started ordering addition due to some stains on the others from fabric softener (okay....and maybe a messy meal or two).

These are perfect for what I need them for. I have frequent use of crisp white shirts to go with a uniform. They are inexpensive so that allows me to keep a stock of them on hand so my shirts are always impeccably white to match the impeccably white gloves.

As you might expect from Van Heusen, this is a quality shirt at a great price. For me, the material is a bit thin, but when you consider the price, it's about right. The material is comfortable and not at all scratchy - I've always liked poplin weave. It looks dressy and certainly can be worn casually. I got the white, and the color is bright and kinda pops. It seems to be fairly wrinkle-free if I get it out of the dryer in time and don't over dry. I think the light-weight material accounts for that.The fit is great. I have a 43" chest and usually wear a 16 or 16.5" neck and 34/35 sleeves. I think the 16" neck would have been too tight while the 16.5" I bought is as close as I can get - still can button the top button easily and doesn't look sloppy worn with the top unbuttoned. And the 34/35 sleeve length is perfect.

Fits well. Good price for dress shirt. Not the finest quality, but you get what you pay for

The material is a bit thin, (though better than many "off the rack" shirts) should feel better after being pressed. The sleeve length falls just shy for me. If you intend to get this shirt tailored get the next size sleeve length. The wrist diameter is narrow, but there's room to move the button. Neck is spot on. Given the price, add tailors fee, you would be better having a shirt made for you. I might return for a longer sleeve. For casual dress with sleeves rolled it's fine.

This shirt was very light weight, not too see through and nice and stretchy. Worth the price!
