My skin is combination and i am very prone to break outs and very sensitive prone to irritation. I had also developed a dark patch on my forehead and it was getting darker a and darker. I realized it was from another face lotion I was wearing, which actually was for evening the skin tone. I was only wearing sun screen when going outside and not inside. Later on I realized that the instructions said to use a sun screen on. I was tired of this dark patch and even though I kept using the same product with the sun screen it would not go away. So I decided to find a product with no chemicals, as natural as possible. A friend uses olive oil, but she has dryer skin and does not break out. I looked online and it turned out that rose hip oil is NON COMEDOGENIC (won't clog pores) and is great for hydrating, is fast absorbing and helps fight signs of aging, plus it evens out skin tone. After two months of using it, my skin feels great, I have not broken out and the dark patch on my forehead is gone. Also, I have noticed that the lines around my eyes seem less stressed. Now, I do not have any profound lines, but do notice an great improvement in my skin quality. I am in my late thirties and this natural oil seems to be a great inexpensive solution for my daily needs. The smell is not nice or bad. It smells like a plant base product. It does not smell like rose, if that is what the name may suggest. Rose hip is a seed. I can only smell it from the container, but not once I put it on. As I said, I have been using it for about two months and I still have half a bottle, so the price for the quantity seems excellent. Give it a try!

Rose hip oil is excellent for your skin. This oil helps keep my face moisturize and even seen reduction of facial lines. A little bit goes a long way. Excellent in antioxidants.

This stuff is magic for dry winter cracked hands and chapped lips. I get super dry hands and lips in the winter and this is the only product that really helps with both of those issues. My hands get eczema on them in the winter and using this oil has really helped me with preventing an eczema outbreak. My hands and my lips are very prone to cracking in the fall and winter as weather gets colder and drier, and this product has helped me heal the cracks in the skin. The oil is light, absorbs well into the skin and after it is absorbed into the skin, it does not feel oily but skin feels hydrated. I love the fact that it is all natural and organic. and does not contain any nasty pertroleum byproducts , fragrance, or anything artificial. The natural smell of this rosehip oil is very neutral, barely detectable and I enjoy it as someone who is very sensitive to smells and fragrances. I keep my vial in the car so that I won't be without it., It feels luxurious enough on the skin that when I'm stressed out in traffic, I can apply a little when I'm stopped at a red light, and my skin feels silkier and I feel a little less stressed out because I can focus on how nice my skin feels for a fleeting moment. I think that this is self care in a bottle. Use it for a fleeting moment of peace, or use it as part of a longer self care routine.

This is only my second bottle of rosehip seed oil ever but it’s much better than my first! My first bottle of rose hip oil I tried was life flow and it was very runny, light yellow, and greasy, much like vegetable oil. It smelled right but kind of sat on my skin leaving me greasy. Also my skin would still be red and only slightly moisturized. Well I used that bottle up and it was time to get more. I’ve researched rosehip seed oil so much and I’ve been trying to find a good one that was the right color, smell, bottle, and texture. So I decided to try viva, I do not regret it! It was a reasonable price for a 1 oz bottle. The dropper is very nice, you can feel the dropper suction and hold the oil in the dropper. I like the rounded dropper tip. It make me feel less like I will break it. Very solid feeling and the cap screws on tightly. The color is a nice rich golden amber and a smooth thickish oil consistency. When I put it on my face it absorbs quickly and feels silky going on. I feel like it makes my redness calm right away and my skin feels soft! The smell is not fishy or floral (true rosehip oil shouldn’t smell like either of those). I’d describe it as a earthy/leafy scent. I like it! I only wish it came in a bigger bottle! The life flow oil I had to use a lot of drops and with this viva oil I only have to use three drops as recommended and it is enough! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a rosehip seed oil to try you give this one a chance, I’m glad I did!

I have been using a Rose Hip oil of a different name for 15+ years. It recently became unavailable so I changed to this brand. It is the same wonderful, moisturizing oil that helps the skin under my eyes look fresh and plump! I apply it several times a day to preserve this tough area. It also keeps my hands and other dry areas moist. I get compliments all the time on my skin at 72! Might be something to it!

This product works wonders on dry skin, and it does it while keeping your skin soft and supple instead of oily and greasy. The applicator works like a dream and prevents the product from getting all over the face as well. The oil can be applied drop by individual drop to whatever areas of the face or body desired with ease, which is a big plus if you've ever used an oil dropper and had the product go everywhere. It smells fantastic and the overall quality of the oil really cannot be beat for the price. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to renew their dried skin or fade scars on their body. Vitamin E is so nourishing for the skin, and this definitely provides that as well as an aromatic rose scent. You really can't go wrong unless you're allergic to rose hips. 10/10 would purchase this product again!

It's not sticky like some other brands. You don't need much at all. Feels good on the skin, gives you a nice glow

Has a faint nutty aroma as it should, and the expiry is 08/2025, so it’s fresh. Feels lovely on my face. I’ve ditched all commercial products (and their fancy claims) in favour of natural oils with the properties nature gives them.

Organic Rose Hip Oil is a decent product with some benefits. It has a pleasant, natural scent and absorbs into the skin relatively well, providing a nourishing boost. I didn’t notice much improvement in skin hydration or a reduction in the appearance of scars and fine lines. However, it can feel a bit greasy if used in excess, and it might not be as effective for those with very oily skin. Overall, it’s a good option for added moisture and skin care, but results can vary based on individual skin types and needs.
