I like how the increase in strength between bands is gradual in weight as it makes it easier when progressing. I think the small brochure with example exercises is also very helpful especially to beginners.They do leave a latex smell on your hands after using them but it’s not overpowering.The small bag that comes with the bands is really good idea and very handy for transport of the bands and keeping them all together in one place.

I really like these. They are strong and easy to use. They also have a booklet with them with exercise tips in and the bag is handy to store them

I order these resistance bands back in march on a whim as they are so affordable I didnt expect them to be amazing however they are! With a set of 5 it enables me to use different weights for different things. A few years ago I injured my knee so these resistance bands have been amazing to help build up muscle strength and get it back to what it was again. I also love the range of colours and how they all look so lovely and can be kept together with the little drawstring bag as I always lose things.

I bought these bands for exercising when on a holiday and what perfect timing that due to lockdown situation, I find these more than useful. These have helped me stay in good shape and keep on exercising at home.The quality of these bands is superb. I have tested using them standalone as well as paired with a dumbell or hooking onto a door handle. There is no smell of the material. The pouch to keep them all together is vwry thoughtful and handy.They are suitable for both male and female. My wife also enjoys using these.Only thing to note is that they are short in length, hence may not be suitable for certain types of body workout. I may check other hybrid bands of longer length for that purpose.

I ordered a set of 5 Hybrid Resistance bands. The price was highly competitive on the Amazon website and delivery was prompt and straightforward. I am pleased with the quality of the item and they have proved extremely useful and versatile within my home workout routine. The quality of the bands is good and I am happy with the range of resistances on offer. At the price on offer and given the range of exercises and the easy portability of the product - particularly when away with no gym, they seem to me to be a no-brainer for a fitness-focussed individual.

**UPDATE - Less than a month on and the Black band has already snapped, so not great. Unfortunately it seems like it's not strong enough for me (Snapped while warming up for a leg workout doing lateral slides, band wrapped around feet). However will continue to use the lighter bands with my mum as noted below**Bands are of very good quality. I use heavy bands most days for my training needs and most last a few weeks at most. These I expect to last much longer.Also the lighter bands, too light for me, I'll be using with my mum to aid in her recovery from cancer treatment, the green band especially is super light but very good quality, perfect for her needs.Bag and exercise instruction although not required by myself are a great addition for an all round great price. Will be buying again once these eventually wear out.

These are great and each band shows you the strength
