nice looking product and easy to set up, one problem though is...my laptop doesn't have full keyboard, that's why I purchased this keypad, unfortunately I can not use the ALT codes (I use them a lot at work). I've trying to adjust settings but haven't been able to, and haven't been able to see a support website or phone for help. this is the only reason I am rating three stars for this product.Update: I've received tech support on the issue I mentioned above and now the problem is solved. I am rating five stars now.

Easy to connect, works extremely well.When connecting this through the c-connector cable, windows doesn't recognize the keyboard. Error- "The USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it."I am able to charge devices with the USB ports, but files on jump drives are not accessible to my computer.

macOS:1. It can't show battery status on system.2. There's two keys cannot work. (F14 search and F15)3. It will disconnect the Bluetooth even when the USB-C. is connected.

This keypad looks great and feels great, too. I bought it because neither do my MacBook pro keyboard nor my magic keyboard has a numeric keypad and it slows me down when I work. At first, although it is working fine by itself, I couldn't get it to connect with my other keyboards. When I press Cmd on my magic keyboard and press + on this keypad it doesn't work as it supposed to (shortcut for zoom in). However, after consulting with the technical support at VOAMOKO, she suggested I install a software called "Karabiner-Elements", and everything works perfectly now. 5 stars!Update: It stop working completely.

My work is very data intensive and my 10+ year old ten key died so it was time to upgrade. And upgrade I did, figured I would start with Bluetooth since my work macbook pro has no normal USBs, then when I saw it uses usb-c to charge that sold me. I have used it a couple of weeks now and it has been a great addition to my desk.

Problem is I’ve tried using it by connecting it via USB-C, but it does not work. It will work when connected via Bluetooth, but not with cable. It does not work on windows 10 or on iPadOS. Bought it for this reason. However. The USB hub does work with windows 10 and iPadOS. I’m rating it 3 stars for not working with USB-C cable.

Pros: materials; I liked the metal body and the big grip on the bottom of the device, the buttons didn't stick and were responsive, and the physical aspect of the device was god overallCons: I don't know if the one I had was a dud, but the onstructions said the indicator light would light up red and remain on while the battery is charging. They also say to charge for at least two hours before use, so I expected that the light would be red for a while: it would light up red for a second, then shut off immediately, which says it doesn't need charging; yet the notification on my computer says it had 6% battery left.(Cons cont'd) I was interested in this product because it says it serves as a hub; it does NOT serve as a hub while using Bluetooth, which is not stated in the directions (I saw that as an answered question on Amazon). Here's the thing: it was not recognized at all while plugged in with the USB-C cable. Button presses were not recognized, the indicator lights didn't light up to say it was charging, it only worked on Bluetooth. That isn't helpful at all.

Slim, fast and it works great. I run a business and needed the number pad that is not included in the new computers. This gets used often there is no lag and it works beautifully.
