Bahco10-Inch FM10 File Master

Has two very different cut patterns, both work well with plastic material and don't plug up in use. At first I thought they were too coarse for fine work but that was not the case.

Works well to flatten ski bases - removes metal and p-tex equally well. Wish the handle was removable. Another reviewer mentioned that coating dulls the cutting edges. I've found that if you use it on something relatively hard (eg steel) the coating chips off and exposes the sharper steel edge.

The curved undercut cutting surface is ideal for working with wood or fiberglass/epoxi, any softer surface . You can quickly work a surface down to be smooth and even. These kind of files are surprisingly difficult to find as good as they work.

Works nicely on Aluminum, cuts clean and does not clog.

This file is coated in durable paint (enamel?) to prevent rust. The problem it that this literally takes the edge off the teeth, making it perform like a worn out file. This idea shouldn't have made it past R&D.

Have only used a few times but I like it

Purchased for filing hard (ABS) plastics. Cut smoothly and did not fill up like metalworking files. Left smoother finish than rasps. Good price too.

I am sold on Bahco tools. Great file for edge banding.

Great quality file that leaves a very smooth taper on 4” plastic pipe. Definitely recommend even at the price

Había probado otras limas anteriormente y siempre acababan por dejar de funcionar bien, esta cumple con su cometido sin problemas. Especialmente indicada para trabajar con aluminio por que las virutas se pegan con facilidad y embotan las limas, con esta no tendrás ningún problema ya que sus dientes son bastante grandes. No esperes un trabajo fino usando esta lima, pero si un trabajo rápido y sin esfuerzo.

Ottima lima come tutte le lime Bahco. Sono fabbricate in Portogallo e sono di ottima qualità. Consigliate anche dai professionisti.

It is my first stop for any heavy duty wood filing I need to do. Has been perfect. Another quality tool by bahco.

Does what was intended. Good weight, handle is comfortable, and it is nice & sharp.In keeping with other Bahco tools I have bought, pretty good quality.
