Purchased for my seven year old son that asked me to teach him to sew. He is having fun using it and I am happy with my purchase overall. He was disappointed that it came with no instructions on how to actually sew (Reason for giving it 4 stars). He likes to do things on his own and loves to follow the instructions/guide when building a toy. I sat with him and showed him how to sew it and he seems satisfied and is enjoying the craft. I still need to help him thread the needle and tie the knots, but I’m sure he will eventually learn. Overall, I recommend this product.

My kids are having a lot of fun putting these cute animals together.easy to assemble and fun!!! My kids are 9 and 6 so when they opened the box they dove right in. Easy picture for them to follow.

My kids are psyched about this project and the final product. Took off star because of the minimal instructions; difficult for kids. Also, not enough thread for all the animals.

This did not turn out to be what I thought it was. I bought it for my 5 year old granddaughter thinking it was like one I had purchased previously for another granddaughter. This kit had a real needle, instead of a large plastic one I was expecting, and there were no instructions for the numerous sheets of cutouts to sew together, we had to look at the pictures on the box to see what piece of material went on which animal. It was a disappointing purchase.

I'm not totally against this kit; the cute buttons for eyes and there's no glue needed, that's about it though.The felt is rather thin and tough. The extras (zebra maine, giraffe antlers, lions main) are very cumbersome and frustrating for little hands to work into sewing.I box came in damaged but everything was in there(hence the two stars). Compared to other kits for kids, this one DOESN'T have premade holes for needle along edge.

Super cute design, however, my 10-year-old had trouble getting the needle through the fabric so I had to help her with most of it.

Really like it, came with everything you need. Only drawback is it’s not appropriate for kids under 8, says so on the package but on Amazon says from age 6 o 7

It’s cute and a fun activity to do with my kid. Easy enough for her to do it, but hard enough she needs assistance
