Budding Reader Book Set 2: Wit and Kit Kindle Edition

My daughter loves these books. We just finished set two. She is excited to start set three with the lady bug!!!

These books introduce a couple new words at the beginning of the book. Then they repeat the words a lot! At the end there's a review list of words.. the book starts over with a couple more new words... it repeats all the words a lot..... review at the end. Everytime the book starts it adds a couple new word. The story stays the same. I don't remember how many times it starts over.....maybe 4 or 5 times. It's very unique! I've never seen anything like it in all my 30 some years of parenting.

These books are really helping my 7 year old become a stronger reader and building his confidence. Highly recommend buying!

This is the second set we have bought and planned to use for my four year old. He has read and re-read we are looking forward to buying the third! My daughter who has just turned three also loves the books and is working on the first set!! Thank you for this amazing set that I just cant get the kids to put down. The pictures and text are perfect to keep even the younger ones attention

This book was a wonderful confidence booster for my little preschooler. She loved learning new words and reading complete sentences. Each story is short so parents can practice with their children for 10 minutes per night and make progress.

This is an excellent way to give confidence to emergent readers. The sequence of stories about Wit and Kit increased in difficulty, but so subtly that my reader had no difficulty keeping up. It has boosted her confidence and love of reading.

This book, and the first in the series, are helping my 4 year old granddaughter learn to read. She's so excited when I ask if she wants to read to me!!

Used at the proper time of a child's development, this resource is great. Children love the repetition of the monkey story, and for the child who isn't quite reading yet this is a good tool for support. I am an educator, I work with children with learning issues. I use this as a break from the standard curriculum and the children enjoy reading them.
