My wife and son have been getting into cake making so I decided to buy an affordable but good looking stand mixer. This FIMEI one looked great and seemed to have some good features so I purchased it. So far it has been a GREAT decision! We have had cakes and amazing bread, in fact, we sold our bread mixer because we decided that it is no longer needed now that we have this.Build QualityOut of the box the mixer feels really well build. It is a mixture of high quality plastics and stainless steel components. The mixer base has suction cups to stick it to the surface top and stop it sliing off. Also desiptie it feeling solid it is also very lightweight. Very pleased.Easy to CleanAll the items are dishwasher safe and the mixer doesn't have any awkward divets or nooks, so it is simply a case of running a damp cloth around the outside. 5-10 mins after use and it is packed away.VersatileThe mixer has 6 different speeds and a pretty big 5-litre capacity which is easily big enough for my family, perhaps not in a professional kitchen. It can with 3 different attachments, a dough hook (we used for bread) wire whisk (we used for cake) and a flat beater (we have not used it yet). All are very easy to attach. The slash guard we have not bothered with, it seems a little flimsy and we just didn't need it. However, there is all you need it the box to make loads of baking products.Overall.This has been a great cake mixer. It doesn't take up too much room, looks great and is well built. The capacity is large enough for household cooking and I highly recommend it.I hope you found this review helpful.

Very good mixer. Functionally I can’t fault it. We have made bread a number of times and cake mixture a few times and did the job without any issues. Attaching and removing the bits are easy, no struggle. Also the bowl is removed with any real struggle. While it feels light and plastic. It may leave you with the sense of poor quality. But mechanically, it is great build quality. For us, the weight is a great benefit to us. We store it on top of the hanging wall units. At 4.2kg, it very easy to move and take down. I’m comparison to kitchenaid (15kg) and magimix (11kg), you feel more safer storing it in high storage areas. Also less strain on your back.

For such a small outlay this mixer is actually not too bad for its money. I've owned mine for around 2 months now. I mainly use it for bread making. It's mixes and kneads the mixture ok; it does sound a little laboured but does the trick. The only thing I would say is the the kneeding hook just seems a little small for the bowl size, it doesn't pull in all the mixer so you do have to get the spatula in there to pull it all together

My wife wanted KitchenAid or Kenwood mixer but i couldn’t afford such an expensive gift so i have looked at something with quite similar design and features.It has a really nice design, fits well our kitchen and works just brilliant. A massive bowl, high wattage and power, multi-speed, not too noisy.Even most of the time in our family my wife cooks i do cook it quite often too so i’m very familiar with hassles of having bad mixer and this particular one made the cooking experience so much easier.No idea how KitchenAid and Kenwood outperforms this particular one but hey is 3 times cheaper than what my wife wanted and it’s brilliant.Can’t complaint!

I am really happy with this product. My manual mixer broke down recently and I decided to invest in a more expensive one, hoping to get a good quality product.The mixer is everything I asked for and more. It's sturdy and easy to use and it can easily be clean with a damp cloth. The bowl and the pallets will need to be washed with washing up liquid or in a dishwasher, though.From dough to salad, this mixer can do anything you think off. It's great for any sort of mixing and it keeps the kitchen clean as the mixture is not splashed anywhere.I understand why it's recommended by Amazon. You simply cannot fault it.

POSITIVEThe mixer looks and feels sturdy and does the job with which it was purchased. The mixer has a very modern look which easily fits with your Kitchen Décor. Easy and simple to use, I experienced no issue with use.In addition the suction cups were very good, in keeping the mixer stable.NEGATIVEThe mixer stand could do more elevation. Once you place the mixer handle on, you are not able to fit the mixer bowl. Also vice versa if you fix the mixer bowl in place first, putting on the mixer handle can be a little tricky as there is not a great deal of space to manoeuvre.In addition upon removing the mixer handle whilst the bowl is still in place, is also tricky and you will find that the handle can pop into the bowl, once it is loosened. Which can be a pain if you have a bowl full of mixture, as you are not able to remove the bowl until you have taken off the handle.Overall I had no issues with the mixer, it was that one critique which I knew I would not be able to live with, so I returned the item for refund.Was a little surprised that I had to pay for Return Postage of the item £3.99, this was the cheapest RETURN postage option via Royal Mail Drop Off, it would have cost more had I selected one of the other methods, considering it was Free Delivery upon order :(

Really happy with this stand mixer, tried it and works just as expected. It has 6 speed levels, the capacity of the mixing bowl is quite large, 5 L. It's not as loud as I thought it would be, which is great. Splash guard it's a good idea, which works well. The flat beater mixing head is great, does great mashed potato. I must say it's easy to clean and safe to manoeuvre. Good quality, I'm happy I got it.

I have used it for round cake, butter filling, bread dough, egg whites and it does the same job as any expensive one over five hundred pounds. Fantastic product.
