Gluten Free Toasted Oat Bread Mix - 4 Pack

I baked the bread in a pan in the oven. Easy to mix by hand with a wooden spoon. I didn't have an electric mixer. I able to slice the loaf into 16 slices for sandwiches. The loaf had the texture of banana bread. The oats have a similar taste to a whole grain bread. I like oatmeal so I didn't notice anything different in the flavor in the bread. I enjoy a tuna sandwich with lettuce for lunch now and toast with jam. Shipping was fast and the product was well packaged. Would definitely buy again.

I add extra stuff to my mix (flaxseed meal, oats, walnut pieces, sometimes Italian seasonings) so I bump up the wet ingredients slightly and an extra egg for more binding, and it bakes up BEAUTIFULLY in bread machine. Have never tried just the mix alone but I’m sure it’s good. Found this mix when I couldn’t find any “Bob’s Wonderful bread mix”, and am very happy with both, though I prefer Bob’s as it holds together a bit better, but no complaints on this one, and love supporting a family business!

We enjoyed this bread. I do not have a breadmaker but it was easy to bake and the texture stayed together unlike some gluten free breads that crumble.

Not to my preference. It reminded me of a darker European bread. Super hearty. Texture was good. Unfortunately I bought 4 so I will be trying some other ways to make them. If you like darker, heartier, European style breads this fits the bill perfectly!

Simple and good, easy to make in my bread machine. It passed the simple taste test, still warm with butter. Also you could add rasins or cranberries if you want to enhance the basic mix. I prefer honey instead of sugar. Last the cost was reasonable for gluten free, hope they grow the company and add more products.

This is very good gf bread. I have been gf for many years and have tried alot of brands. This one is moist and dense and tasty.

This bread tastes great and has a good texture. I love that it is gluten free! I'll be buying more.
