Well Made
For an Ham radio item, its well made but I would not pay anymore than $35 for it. There use to be some good cb speakers for $17 with good audio but there are many knock offs that look like it and sound aweful. Like a tin can speaker.

Great Speaker
I now have 4 of these speakers. 2 in my shack and 2 in my truck. They have great sound.

Good sound quality
This speaker has good sound quality. The speaker lead is long enough to easily reach a transmitter placed in the rear of the vehicles cabin. I placed my transmitter under the rear seat, against the rear wall of the cabin in my Silverado 2500 HD. I ran the speaker lead under the floor mats to the dashboard with enough lead remaining to place the speaker in any location along the dashboard.
