Only 4 stars because although I read the description, I didn't notice that I was buying only a pillow cover. This only covers a very small throw pillow. 16"x16" .Straight out of the small, plastic bag it seemed very odd looking ¬ soft at all. But after I obtained the correct pillow to put it on, played with the cover material - it quickly became soft to touch. BTW--if you own mischievous dogs, keep it out of their reach! I have 2 Standard poodles, 6mths old, who want to take this pillow away from me!
