I use these for a suncatcher project I melted them in a metal cupcake pan over a charcoal grill and it worked perfectly wonderful for this project you can find the project on Pinterest. But before the beads were melted and they were really cute good quality pony beads would’ve been great for making jewelry or something for a little girls easy for beginners to use for jewelry all Around great product happy with my purchase

We ordered these to melt into Christmas ornaments. They worked beautifully. These are a mix of shades of colors. There were multiple shades of red, green, blue, and yellow. One of the shades of yellow must have been from a different company or made from a different plastic because it appeared to boil and left bubbles when it cooled. Otherwise they were great. We had more than enough to make 18 ornaments with some left over.

Solid quality, accaurelty advetised, would purchase again (FYI not as many beads as one would think for “1,000”- will only last for a few classes of beaded necklaces)

for the most part the beads were good, however there were a lot of broken beads, more than usual.it is not unusual to find a few broken beads, but this bag had more than it's fair share.

I buy these beads to melt together to make sun catchers. The first shipment I got was perfect. Each bead was translucent and melted easily. The second shipment I got had different colors that the first batch, as well as some beads that weren't as clear as the rest but because of their unique color I decided to test them out for melting. Not only could I not see through the finished product, the resulting disk was difficult to remove from the pan.Because I still had more sun catchers to make I ordered another shipment. The third shipment had more of the on-translucent beads than the previous batch, but still plenty of translucent beads to suit my needs. This batch though also had different colors of the translucent beads than both the previous batches.With the exception of the non-translucent beads and the inconsistency of color this is a great product. The beads I am able to use melt wonderfully and I am finding uses for those that don't. If you're not planning to manipulate them this is a great value in itself. If you are planning to melt them down be sure to get enough so that you have the colors you need in a batch.
