Maltese (Smart Owner's Guide)

I recently adopted an 8 year old Maltese, found as a stray. I knew nothing about this breed although I have had many breeds over 60 years. This book tells everything you might want to know. And my Maltese is a wonderful dog, smart and fearless, running around with her two 65 pound sisters, also rescues. This book really was a help in understanding the needs of this breed.

This book is full of useful information for the Maltese breed. I read it in 2 days, and I normally don't like reading so that's pretty good! I don't think I found much in this book that I hadn't already read online before buying my puppy, but it has it all there in one place, easy references and great pictures. I'd buy it again if I had to do over. MALTESE DOGS ARE WONDERFUL ALSO :)
