Everyone wants one now
I came across this compressor while browsing through Amazon and thought it would come in handy. I normally get my truck tires checked for air during oil changes, every three months or so. I ran low for way longer than I should have, so I got this device. This air compressor looks like a cordless drill! Really comfortable to hold, very natural. It comes with a case, very similar to the ones that cordless drills come with. It holds all the parts, and protects from damage. This thing comes with a lot of extras too. It comes with two cables, one to charge from the DC socket of a vehicle, the other charges from a 120Vac wall socket. The tool itself has two charging ports, depending on how you want to use it. Very convenient. There are multiple fittings to fill things like inner tubes for bicycles, beach equipment, air mattresses, lawn mower tires, balloons, or any manner of things. Everything that I needed filling was easily fitted with the supply material.Since I never used a tool like this before, it took me a few seconds to attach the hose. It was a rubber compression connection, very simple to use. After that, I had to press the “power” button on the back of the device, where the LCD screen is. The knob that is normally Rev/Fwd on the drill is now a safety latch, and the trigger actually turns on the device until you release. It was easy to use. The display shows current pressure at the connection, but in 0.5 PSI increments. So , it will register 22.0 PSI or 22.5 PSI or 23.0 PSI ect….. The hose itself does get hot with use, but that’s what happens when you compress air. Oh, there is also a warning sticker that says not to run it more than 15 minutes consecutively because of heat issues. Honestly, I don’t see that ever being a problem. I filled all 4 of my truck tires from 25 to 31 PSI in about 15 minutes, with short breaks. Oh, the highest pressure I think this compressor will hit is 31PSI, enough for anything I would need it for.I could see this being very convenient for topping off that slow leak tire until you get a chance to get it fixed. Bringing this to the campsite or beach for inflatable equipment. As a cheaper alternative to a pancake style air compressor in a garage. As a “just in case” for a road trip. For parties with lots of balloons.Anyway, I found the compressor to be useful and I am glad I made the purchase. Actually, this might be a good gift for people too. Its not too expensive and really useful. Now that people know these things exist, everyone wants one! VERY popular!

Decent product for the money!
Broken right out of the box. Unfortunately the return window was closed before I needed to use it so I can't return it. Very disappointed! I dont know if it's just a fluke that I got a bad one or it's so cheap it broke right off the bat. The plus button is stuck so you cant set the psi to what you need it to cause it just keeps increase the psi auto shut off. I guess QA let this one slip thru the inspection.Update: 03/20I bought a new one and returned the defective one back. The first one must have just been a bad one cause the new one works great. Altho if you are needing to put higher pressure in the tire the machine seems to need to be plugged in.Only down side is that you can't use it for longer periods of time.. like air up all 4 tires. It says not to use it very long and I listen to there warning. The machine gets super hot and needs time to cool down between tires. Which takes to long. All in all I can say.. at least the product works well. It airs up the tires pretty quickly. I don't know about from completely flat.. but just adding a little air here and there when the seasons change helps tremendously. It's convenient and you don't have to stop some were and pay for air.

Best purchase I've made for my car in a while
The media could not be loaded. This air compressor kit has taken a lot of stress out of driving for me. I lose air quite often due to driving rocky country roads and from the bitter cold climate I live in (7 months of the year anyway). This compressor provides accurate readings (double checked against my manual gauge to be sure- right on the money!) Provides good amount of inflation in a reasonable amount of time. Easy to understand settings and led screen is very easy to read. The fact that it's cordless makes almost a joy to use! Both this and the TPMS system I have, gives me so much more confidence taking those long distance trips I do so often. I haven't used any of the tips for inflatables besides my tires, so I can't comment, though I don't forsee any issues with that. I also noted that after topping off all 4 tires on my sedan- the unit did not become hot like others I had used in the past, which is a definite plus.

Battery died, then hose broke, then unit died
This was my second cordless compressor and definitely my last. The batteries stopped holding a charge within 6 months and the flexible extension broke. I bought a replacement. The next year I couldn't get it to work even with the power to the cig lighter. I mainly used it when changing winter tires. I have a separate set with rims so only needed minor adjustments. Even when this worked it was extremely slow. I was okay with the slowness as I mainly bought it for emergency use, but its not reliable.

Invaluable tool, everyone should own one
Looking for an electric inflator? For me the hardest part was the price point. There's a ton of inflators at $30 but they all seem to be 12v (car adapter) and not 110v(household plug) which is what I wanted. The 110v seem to start at around 60-80 and increase from there. I found it odd that there wasn't a more affordable 110v inflator. Then this little gem popped up.Not only is it 110v but it's battery-powered (lithium-ion). That makes it somewhat portable (obviously people will forget to charge it regularly if it's in their trunk, but for road trips, a full charge should make it battle-ready if anything come up). It's not terribly loud and it doesn't vibrate as much as i expected. It's not as fast as i expected but it's not slow either. It's probably a little slower than it would take to inflate with a traditional pump, but not by much. But for the price, i got a lot more than i expected.
