I bought this sofa in June only to discover the stitching of the item is not good as shown in attached picture.I have requested for exchange.. amazon guy texted me in morning they will come same day and asked to keep item ready in box. Since due to covid situation no one was home and whole family was out of town and could not return due to lockdown. I called the delivery guy and requested him to schedule for future date, he said he can't do that and asked me to apply for refund. But when I checked for refund, it says I have to bear the expense for courier charges.This is insane, why should I bear the courier charges.. defective piece was delivered by you why should I bear the charges! for an item of Rs.599 who will pay for 200-300 rs for courier!. Not a good experience.. Don't buy, I would recommend

Support is not so good, base is in round shape which makes its unbalanced

Its gud..but kids r not comfortable as its balance is not gud..

Support is worst.but I just loved the softness of the toy😘and the colour , elephant shape is just awesome.

product is not so good there is no support at back for babies it is chance to fall baby. It is good for elder baby very less weight baby cannot sit and learn to seat in this that's why it's good for elder baby's

It's not support Baby's back and sides... Inside Nylon stuff also coming out which babies can easily swallow.... Please don't but it.... I can't able to use it even for a day.. It's totally waste...
