Setup requires some patience, but once everything is properly set up the machine works fine. As with any WiFi device, operation is subject to the vagaries of the local network, and we occasionally have to reboot the router and the terminal. My only other gripe is that the terminal prints a report every night even when there are no transactions, which is a waste of paper, but that's a minor complaint. Overall, the machine works very well, and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. The touch screen menus are easy to follow.

I saved $750.00 off the price from my CC Processors price for the same exact machine. It took no time to hook it up and about a 30 minute phone call to get it programmed. Super easy. Touch screen is great and the functions are easy and self explanatory.

Screen crackled the first time it was used. Set up was easy and it worked with our merchant processor just fine.

We are new to POS terminals. Here is a few pointers on this machine:1. Use 2.4Ghz b/g/n band wifi channel for connection. This terminal does not do 5Ghz N/AC.2. Make sure to put in the proper authentication method: WPA; WPA2; etc...3. I connected to LAN to download and setup. Then I connected to wifi. Seems to work fine.4. There are 2x USB ports. Connect a USB keyboard to enter the SSID & password this way. The built-in keyboard sucks. This is SO much better. Case matters!!!That is all I have learned so far that I can share. We have not used it enough to know if it is worthy yet. But so far, I love the wifi option. I do not want to run telephone or ethernet cables if I don't have to. That is why GOD invented wifi, isn't it? Or was it Al Gore? I forgot.

I replaced my Hypercom with this machine due to the new chip cards. I will say it is slower than the Hypercom. It is easy to use and has proved perfectly reliable to this point.

Looks nice and neat. But...Keys are very small. Needs to hook up with check scanner. Return this item will be charge for 20%. Just learned from internet. You don't need to upgrade your terminal if they are still working. Do not believe those people who send you letter and try to sale you their stuffs. Always check and verify before you place your order....

as described, arrived in timely manner. I was told by my bank it was "compliant" but not told by my bank that I would have to ship it to them to be "programmed" and wait for them to ship back. overall a good deal. saved $250 by buying on-line and jumping through the hoops.
