Great scantool for what it is.
This is the second Konnwei KW850 I have purchased as the first one managed to get misplaced (maybe in someone else's toolbox) so when I saw this one at a great price I ordered it. It would be even better if it could scan more systems but upper models can with a premium being required in purchase price. The KW850 I purchased in the past worked well on everything it was claimed to work on and I had no issues with any defects. This scanner is large enough physically for persons with large hands to hold onto and operate. 100% happy with this tool.

BEST VALUE for the MONEY
This OBD Scanner is awesome. I have purchased several different types of scanners over the past few years, and can say while this one was a little more in price it's definitely by far the best scanner I have purchased yet. I like to keep a scanner close to me so I have chosen to purchase several of these to keep in my vehicles for my use and others as well so if I purchase another one in the best future it will be a repeat order. In other words I will go into my Amazon History of orders and hit but again on this particular unit. So do I recommend this for a purchase? Highly recommend if you find one 40 dollars cheaper to turn your head and just move forward with purchasing this one. It's definitely worth the money.

Great trouble shooting tool
I put off for years buying one of these because I was not sure what one to get, I have had this for a few months and used it twice already and wish I would have bought it sooner. this is so easy to use. great buy. I lowered the Tech support score because I have not had to use them yet, read the instructions, the unit is powered by your car battery.
