Small Soldiers 12' Chip Hazard Figure

We received our Chip Hazard today & my son was so excited up till I removed it from the box and discovered that it doesn't talk. We was under the impression that it talked do to the other comments that say the voice sounded just like the movie. I just can't believe I paid this kind of money for a doll that doesn't even do anything. Don't get me wrong it looks great just like movie, and arrived on time just no voice!

This is the best representation of the Major Chip Hazard toy from the movie "Small Soldiers". We loved the movie and bought the toy when it came out. Unlike the smaller 6 inch figures, this is the same size as the larger toys in the movie, and looks exactly like them. The hands can grasp things, like its weapons. Most important of all, it talks. In other words it has recorded phrases of Chip from the actual movie, where the character was voiced by Tommy Lee Jones. This is a terrific rare toy, glad some are still available out there, big collectors item.
