GREAT Sound, a bit tough to setup, but I am happy with it.
First off, I read some professional reviews that said that the Bass was lacking on this. That is simply not true. The sound quality is excellent, especially for the price. You also get quite a bit of bass for being such a tiny soundbar. I still bought it in spite of the reviews though, since it also has a subwoofer output, which I connected to my sub. I'm not sure if people are expecting a home theater from this little guy, but it does sound wonderful for a sound bar. If you want a home theater sound system, then buy a home theater sound system for $2,000. But if you want a great sounding standard soundbar, then this guy is great.Setup should be straight forward, but there are some things to know that will help with your setup:1) The optical (digital) output doesn't allow you to adjust volume from the TV, or with your TV remote. Audio level needs to be adjusted from the soundbar remote. Which no one in their right mind want to have two different remotes to control the volume. The optical output sounds the BEST by far.2) The analog 1/8" (RCA) input can be controlled by the TV analog output. BUT the sound quality is pretty poor, and is very low. It also dropped out A TON. I'm not sure if the soundbar has some muting functionality, but it was very frustrating. This may mean that my TV analog out doesn't supply enough power to the soundbar.SOLUTION - I have a Vizio M60-C3 TV, and am able to control the soundbar via my Vizio TV remote. It auto recognized it, which is nice. I had to turn the 'Analog Audio Out' to 'Fixed' on my TV, so that I control the soundbar volume only, and not my TV at the same time. And I am using the optical cable for the best audio quality.I also changed the soundbar so that it never shuts off. I am not a fan of having to turn it on all the time. After I got it all setup, I am super happy. So my advice is: A) Use the Optical output, and B) either have a Vizio TV and remote, or get a universal remote. And control the volume soundbar only.Hope this helps!

Quality Sound Bar at Excellent Price
We had purchased a 24" Vizio tv for the kitchen. The tv produces an excellent picture but the small speakers in the tv did not project well. This Vizio sound bar while just rated 2.0, provides substantial audio quality in a small footprint. I would definitely buy it again.

Vizio soundbar is awesome!!!
Sometimes in life you have to gamble with things and in this situation the gamble was good. The sound quality is outstanding I use it for both movies and gaming on PS4 I use the optical input and it sounds absolutely phenomenal. This is obviously a two-channel system but do they have done something magical with the software to make it sound like sound is coming from above and behind you.Movies are extremely immersive and for the first time in a long time I was able to experience things in a completely different way and hear sounds that I never knew that were there. The movies that I watched for the past 10 years are almost like revisiting the same movie with a completely different atmospheric experience.Whatever it is that they're doing with the circuitry inside of this thing is absolutely amazing for just a two-channel systemI retract my previous statement there is no such thing as just for two speakers this thing sounds like 5.1 with adjust a little hint of surround without the surround. After all it is just sent the sized it sounds 100% worth every dollar.More than 100% satisfied and eventually getting the Vizio subwoofer to go alongside with it.

Works best with Firestick or as bluethooth speaker.
I have two of these. One as a nice compact sound bar for the TV. If you hve it plugged in to the TV before installing a new Firestick (highly recommended) the Firestick will become your sound controller and the TV speakers are ignored. The Visio remote is a pain to use. My other soundbar is used as a bluetooth speaker in a different location and works well for that.

How it connects
The sound is no better than the TV (a Visio). Not able to use optimum connection via optical cable. TV doesn't have that capability. Lag time between the time people start talking in a movie and the speaker. Misses the first couple of words of every set of new lines by an actor. Not what we expected.

not very loud
volume bar goes from "0 to 100," with 80 being the casual listening level in a quiet house. If a vacuum or washer is going in another room, you will max out the speaker. It's even quieter if you use the simulated surround sound feature.

Nice Sound from a small soundbar
Clear nice-sounding plenty of bass, remote works good . I wish it was easy to tell what mode you are in or which input.

I bought this soundbar to compliment my Visio TV which doesn't have good sound speakers. I was not disappointed! wow. Buy it and you'll see!!!
