Good customer service
Original package mistakenly had an extra handle instead of and the hardware required for assembly. Customer service was excellent, missing parts arrived within days.

Works well, and so will you.
It will grind anything- if you can clamp it to a heavy table or counter. If not, not. It definitely is not a good choice for people with severe arthritis or tennis elbow, but you can grind grain for bread and then enjoy it guilt-free; the grinding used up the calories!
