I was at my wits end with hot flashes! Mine were painful, like being electrocuted, and then once that subsided then the heat and sweats would come. I had numerous hot flashes through out the day and several through out the night that would wake me up. I was MISERABLE! I’m almost 50 and My homeopathic doctor suggested this to me for leveling out my hormones. I’m not dealing with drastic hormone issues but just enough to make everything and everyone seem frustrating. Let’s say I can tell a difference when I’m not taking it. There may be a smile on my face but inside I’m thinking of how I want to choke the person talking to me. Ha. (Ok I wouldnt really choke anyone.)
