This product is great. I saw many other products smaller in length and more money. I ordered this one and was scared about the price and the length. But when I got this I was so happy. It was more than I expected. I m glad I took a chance. Great product, great price great quality . What else any one wants. Thank you once again.

I bought this stuff to run along the door edge on my car. It's black and has some chips and this would hide those. It is smaller than some of the other door edge stuff I've used (back in the '90's) and it looks really nice installed.Unfortunately, it has a memory and wants to curly back up into the roll that it was shipped in. Get it in the sunlight, the adhesive melts and it pulls away from the door and curls. The adhesive is just to soft and gummy and doesn't work in the heat. I ended up pulling it off. I had to use mineral spirits to remove the adhesive residue.I really wanted it to work out but the adhesive just isn't up to the task, at least for use on a car door where the car sits in the sun. I wouldn't recommend it. Take a look at other products.

I used these on my the door edges of my wife's Subaru Forester about two months ago. They stay in place, are easy to install, and look great. I would purchase these again without hesitation.Update: November 2021I have had this trim on my car for over a year. The adhesive could not stand up to the summer heat. It began melting and oozing black out of the trim. It looked terrible. When I took it off I noticed that it had faded my car's paint. Now I have no choice but to replace it with another trim to hide the faded paint. Next time I will avoid buying trim that uses adhesive - there's plenty that don't.

This product is by far superior to anything on the market.Had a dent on my drivers door.The dent guy got it out perfect but I had a chip of paint on the edge . He suggested I get the U product for the edge with the gel. Exactly this product.Looks so amazing and is easy to install.50ft is great too, way more than I needed and I will be able to use it again if I ever have an issue . I have like 40ft left.Would buy again in an instant. Great buy!

So many issues with this product. First of all I suppose to get 16 feet of this (2 rolls on the picture) but I only got 1 roll and it was less than 7.5 feet! So I received less than 50%. That wasn't the worst issue - I could ask Amazon to send missing roll if I liked the product. The biggest issue is that it doesn't stick to the plastic part of door entry guard at all! It doesn't stick to leveled horizontal plastic surface and it was one of the uses shown on their own product pictures. Adhesive is very weak. It's a bit better if you try to affix it to metal surface (that's why I give 2 stars and not 1) but I highly doubt that it would survive hot/cold/rain/snow without falling off.

So far this looks like a good product for my 2019 Nissan Leaf. The description shows a 3m strip you need to remove. I found that the adhesive is really in the crotch of the strip rather than on the two sides. At first I thought there wasn't any until I removed the small sample piece I tried. You’ll notice it has little bubbles when you put it on. Just press firmly towards the front of the car (assuming your putting it on the door).

I am very disappointed with this product. It was easy to install and looked great when I finished, but now it constant moves or comes off at the corners. My husband bought a black one from a different company and his has been on his vehicle for nearly a year with no problems. I am constantly pushing this one back on and it will stay for a bit, but then starts coming off again, especially where the door edge is not pertly straight.

Looks great installed but buyer beware this cant handle the hot Kansas sun, in the summertime. The adhesion almost turns to a liquid when its extremely hot outside and drips down your door, and its a mess to clean up!
