Being a fitness freak, I was looking for something that I can easily carry anywhere and can workout.This tummy trimmer is not only for tummy but it's really very helpful for back problems, for broad chest, for biceps as well. It's really easy to use and very helpful.It's a good quality spring with amazing grip. Just take care of the way of using it. It's easy to use but must have a look once of proper way of using it.It's good quality rubber in handles give a proper grip to stretch. It's very comfortable as well while doing because of the rubber used in the feet area.Regular use of this even just for 10 minutes can easily show you the difference.

It is very tight. Can't extend it more than 3 feet. Not recommended for people of height more than 5 feet 6 inch. You have to bent extra. But it's ok for beginners.

looks good i ordred but my feet dosent fit in it it small for femail and kids it may work but not for man they should make little bigger size to put feet for man

Handle is not comfortable.Its paining.Its very hard to use for ladies.I think single spring is good for ladies.
