Good price, comes with most of the tools you need
Bought this replacement battery after my original, stock battery was only showing about 700 mAh capacity and was shutting off around 50-60%. Replacing the battery in the HTC 10 was difficult. I followed a video guide on YouTube from a user called Blackstone (around 40 minutes long) that was extremely helpful. The most difficult part was just starting the process to remove the screen. My guitar picks weren't thin enough to wedge between the glass and aluminum shell, so I used the included flat head screwdriver to gently lift up the glass far enough to stick in a pick. The included spudger and triangle wedge weren't thin enough, either, so you may want to buy a dedicated opening tool for this. The flat head screwdriver left a small ding on the aluminium frame, but overall I was happy since there was no damage to the screen or other components. You also need to buy some glue (I used B-7000). I didn't use the included 3M tape (to secure the battery), since the original glue for the battery was still plenty sticky.According to AccuBattery, the capacity is only 2,145 mAh which is the main reason for 3/5 stars. Since I don't want to go through all the effort of replacing the battery again any time soon, this was a major disappointment. If the battery capacity changes or if the battery dies suddenly, I'll update this review. It does, however, work with Quick Charge (tested with a USB tester), but that's to be expected.

I expected more
The battery works fine but according to AccuBattery, the capacity is lower than the 3000mAh that the seller is promoting.

Works, but not long enough
I've had a lot of these batteries in my HTC ONE over the years, and you pretty much are out the expense of an LCD display when you replace the battery unless you are really lucky so you want a battery that lasts. Most batteries have lasted about a year for me, but this last one was only 6 months. Definitely far less than expected.

Works great! Challenging install required
Works great! Holds a charge like it should. The included tool kit was kinda hokie. The suction cup was deformed. Luckily, the replacement screen I ordered in addition to this came with a better suction cup. Not the easiest job on the m10. Check YouTube tutorials before attempting.
