Smooth on thick hair and it smells good. Came wrapped in bubble wrap.

I love this shampoo. Discovered it at a b&b in Amish country. I thought it was pricey, but it lasted 15 months. $2/month is worth it. The last half inch has neither the texture nor the for of the rest.

I have been buying this shampoo for last 2 years! and it used to work magic this time the bottle looked different like it was ROUND and I guess so it can hold less product like flat on one side, not a huge deal but I also feel like the product/formula has been changed too...........its expensive why less product now and change in formula? :(

Product is great. Only negative is that it was shipped in a soft envelope and got smashed and leaked. Should have been sent in a box.

I found this at a good Historic Inn I stayed at in Colts Neck, NJ. I was very pleasantly surprised that it gave my allergen prone hands NO issues.I then found again here. I’m VERY happy w/ this product. Has a light pleasant scent of orange.Pricey yes, but can’t put a price on healthy skin : )

The previous dispenser bottle design was head & shoulders (pun intended) better than the current, hard-to-work version. Luckily, I had an old one and use the new ones for refills.

This is the best shampoo (conditioner, too) I've ever used. It gives my hair a full body which I need as much as possible since I'm balding and what hair I have is thinning.

Package arrived leaking in envelope ... and lost a couple ounces of product. I would appreciate a replacement. Thank you
