The packaging in this case. Improve the packaging
This palette was a beautiful color though the packaging could have been better. One of the colors was broke but she fixed it watching a YouTube tutorial. She did say the colors were comparable to the James Charles palette though not the exact same.

Shattered experience
Maybe it is just to much to hope for,,,that when I pay for an item that it will arrive intact due to precautions the seller takes to ensure JUST THAT....NOT THE CASE HERE. BROKEN EYESHADOW'S ARE JUST SO MUCH FUN TO USE. I give this seller a HUGE THUMBS DOWN.....

Decent. Not great.
The pigment wasn’t as rich and smooth as I expected. It went on a little blotchy. But after a lot of trying we got it pretty even. Worth the price for sure.
