My mum asked for this charm and I was impressed with it when it arrived. It does only come in a little cardboard pandora box instead of the boxes or pouches you get in-store but that didn't bother me and I knew that before ordering.

Beautiful charm very disappointed with the presentation cardboard box I expected a velvet lined presentation charm box but got a piece of cardboard to make up myself.
